Dave studied Economics at Cal Poly Pomona where he familiarized himself with the impact of the real estate market in our everyday life.  Professionally, he has a long record of managing for public and privately held companies, such as The Ritz Carlton, SBE, and Lawry's and has built his hospitality consulting career assisting budding restaurateurs launch their respective endeavors. 


Throughout his career Dave has kept his ear to the ground and made the most of trends with the interest of helping others.  Dave continues to devote his time and attention to family, friends, his love of comfort food and adventurous travel.  He continually challenges himself by enjoying what the world has to offer professionally or leisurely.
